AdsRPA app use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information
may include but is not limited to, your email address, name, phone number, postal address,
other information (“Personal Information”).
We may also collect and/or process the following data either retrieved by our systems automatically or uploaded by our clients:
– Personal information from the Data Subject to be stored in our corporate management systems such as CRM systems, accounting systems, and marketing systems;
– Facebook access permissions allowing us to perform actions with the Data Subject’s Facebook account and to retrieve information from it;
– Personal information from Data Subjects given to us by our clients to be processed by us. This data may contain e-mail addresses, names, phone numbers, app IDs, usage data, cookies and other forms of personal data.

addressing how they use such information.
We also collect Personal Data to offer our Services, including the processing of demo requests, contacting participants and clients
with marketing material, sending invoices for our Services and offering customer care. This data may be analyzed
for customer analysis, reporting and other statistical purposes.

– for the performance of the contract between us and the Data Subject;
– for the purpose of our legitimate interests related to the customer and business relationships between us and the Data Subject;

Retention Period
We retain Data Subject’s Personal Data for 6 months from Data Subject’s contract expiration date or request. Data may be
retained longer or shorter if required by applicable law.

We have taken adequate technical and organizational measures in order to keep Personal Data safe and to secure it against
unauthorized access, loss, or abuse by third parties such as information and data security training for our staff,
encryption, and frequent audits. Considering cyber threats in a modern day environment we cannot 100% guarantee
that our security measures will prevent third parties from obtaining access to Personal Data.
Data Deletion Request
All users of our application may request to review their stored data on our platform and may request deletion of said data.
Requests can be send to privacy@adsrpa.com and will be processed within 14 days. Additional identification
may be required to verify the legitimacy of your request.

Cookies are files with small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a website
and stored on your computer’s hard drive.
